I hope you are enjoying your summer as much as possible.

As I am taking a long vacation away from Science I still the time to wonder and ponder.

The sun is at its best at this time of the year in my town. I do not live in a country or a location/zone of sunshine plentitude. Therefore, I was thinking along side what if?

Vitamin D: has a role. Here is a little paragraph of its principles.

Vitamin D is very important for the continuity of strong bones*. Calcium and phosphorus are essential for developing the structure and strength of your bones, and you need vitamin D to absorb these minerals*. Even if you eat foods that contain a lot of calcium and phosphorus, without enough vitamin D, you can’t absorb them into your body.

How can we emulate “meaning”: match or surpass to achieve by imitation same results as the full sun/sunlight/daylight in the comfort of our own home?

Can Solar Systems in place be more practical?

Can we achieve this kind of performance with other minerals/vitamins that need each other in order to achieve a chain reaction?

When we understand the roles of each mineral, protein, enzyme and whatsoever that the body produces slowly or rapidly or at its own rate we must understand what it needs in order to accomplish its role.

Too much Vitamin D – vitamin D toxicity is a buildup of calcium in your blood (hypercalcemia), which can cause poor appetite, nausea and vomiting. Weakness, frequent urination and kidney problems also may occur.

The purpose that I do bring this up (toxicity) is not to tell you what you already know – its to ask to describe its route for this buldup of calcium to happen and what can be done should we need this EXTRA calcium – I am so positively inclined to believe that Vitamin D alone did not do this. Other reactors have had their cage rattled. It is best to find it and take serious notes for future necessities.

I am looking for two methods – sea-saw method.


This picture here demonstrates the rhythm needed also called SeaSaw on Suspension which I would say would be the most favourable place to be as a factor enhancing the functions’ continuity. Let me tell you how I see it. This is the perfect body where an individual is no longer in youth (or rapid growth) or is not in an advanced stage of its degeneration only the perfection of regeneration and digestions. Therefore, I call it SeaSaw Suspension.

I would like to start with this but we know that it’s impossible till we know how it may suddenly lift on one side and take a plunge on the other side. (SeaSaw speaking) If we force Vitamin D or C or A or E to overrun in our body we cause other reactions.

Finding all the reactions to forceful demands from external methods is our priority and the only priority on this agenda. The rest will come faster. All discoveries bring on more discoveries while all these discoveries may gender more discoveries as we comb through them in revisions.

LDL and HDL usually marry well in certain ratios. This method can be applied here as well (just to name another area to comb through) Proteins and enzymes – roles towards the good fats and the hard fat that doesn’t want to dissolve in its fluidity only a tiny capillary can appreciate or desire. Vein capillaries just don’t disappear while others appear what makes them disappear and what makes them appear? Flow. Oxygen. The younger the blood, the younger the protein enhancer, the youth in organs and how to achieve this regeneration along with its matching enzymes/digestions.
